• Acquarena card: Our guests enjoy free entry to the Acquarena leisure centre. We’ve come to a special agreement with the centre, so free entry applies all day, including Sundays and bank holidays. Guests will also receive a 50% discount for the sauna area. www.acquarena.it

• On your day of arrival, your room/apartment/suite will be ready for you by 2pm at the latest. 
• On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room/apartment/suite by 10.30am. 
• Payment: You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners) or with an EC (direct debit) card.
• Cancellation: Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival. 3 weeks up to 1 week prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the booking, within the last week 70%, early departure 100%.

• You are welcome to bring your dog - only by prior arrangement. We charge € 15 per day. Please remember to bring a blanket or a basket for your pet. 

The prices listed here are per person with breakfast, when staying for 3 or more nights. For guests who are staying for less than 3 nights only, the respective offer applies. 

All persons above the age of 14 years are required to pay a tourist tax totalling €2.90 per person per night. This tax is not included in the room prices.
