On your day of arrival, your room/apartment/suite will be ready for you by 2 p.m. at the latest. If you will arrive after 8.00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room/apartment/suite by 10.30am.
Payment: You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners) or with an EC (direct debit) card.
Cancellation: Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival. 3 weeks up to 1 week prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 50 % of the cost of the booking, within the last week or early departure70 %.

Your dog is welcome upon request. We charge a fee of € 15.00 per day (dog food not included). Access to the wellness area and the outdoor pool with the sunbathing lawn is not permitted. We kindly ask you to bring a blanket or basket. Only 1 dog can be booked in per room. We have a limited contingent of rooms for stays with dog. If this contingent is fully booked, it is not possible to reserve other rooms.

The prices listed here are per person with breakfast, when staying for 3 or more nights. For guests who are staying for less than 3 nights only, the respective offer applies.
All persons above the age of 14 years are required to pay a tourist tax totalling € 3.10 per person per night (from January 1, 2026 € 3.30 per person per night). This tax is not included in the room prices.
