The relatively low temperature in the steam room (40-45° C) and the extremely high level of humidity strengthen your entire immune system and have a positive effect on your respiratory tracts. Alternating between hot and cold in autumn is an excellent way to arm yourself against winter colds, coughs and flu.

You can enjoy free entry to the Acquarena leisure centre in Brixen. Thanks to a special agreement with the centre, free entry applies all day – including Sundays and bank holidays. Our guests also receive a discount for the sauna area of the Acquarena leisure centre.
